There are three exciting ways for Har-PA to work for you. Pick your favourite or mix and match for the ultimate combo.

Hourly

Flexibility at its finest! Opt for our hourly rate where time spent is tracked and rounded up or down to the nearest 15 minutes. Perfect for those spontaneous tasks that pop up unexpectedly.

Want to keep things under control? You can set your maximum hours, so there are no surprises. It's like having a safety net for your time!

Our rate is currently £30.00 per hour.

Quoted

Got a specific project in mind? No problem! We can provide a bespoke quotation for particular tasks, where an end point is pre-determined. This way, you know exactly what to expect and can sit back while we get the job done.

We will keep you in the loop every step of the way, so you'll always know what's happening. No surprises - just smooth sailing.

Retained

For those who like to plan ahead, our retained option is ideal. Secure a pre-paid, fixed number of hours each month, which you can use as needed. It's like having your very own virtual assistant on standby, ready to jump in whenever you need us.

We charge a fixed, agreed sum per month, with up to 25% able to roll onto the following month.

The rate for retained works is £29.00 per hour, reducing to £28.00 per hour for 20+ hours per month.
